User membership status

Active: An active member can perform all functions (role dependent) as a member of the organization's xchangedocs account. See Member Roles for functions details.

Inactive: An inactive member is a member of the organization added by an administrator but still needs to activate their user account to become an active member of the organization.

Invited: An invited member is a member of a Standard xchangedocs account invited by an administrator to join the organization but who has not yet accepted the invitation.

Administrators can view members' status from the Members view accessible from the Account Management section of the application. The administrator will be informed when adding the new member if the new email address is already associated with another xchangedocs subscription. If the email address is associated with a Standard subscription, the user is invited to join the organization. Unfortunately, One Premium subscription cannot invite users associated with another Premium account to join another Premium subscription at this time.
