Recipients cannot see document shared in the Recent Documents view
Behaviour : Documents shared with a recipient is not listed in the recipient's Recent Documents view
Possible reasons :
The sender's email address used to share the document is not the same as the recipient's email address used to register. Therefore, the recipient must register with the same email address as used to share the document. The sender revoked the document share after it was shared. The sender can revoke the share of a document not yet classified and downloaded by a recipient. The document's share date exceeds the Recent Documents internal. xchangedocs provides a setting where documents will remain in the Recent Documents for a set period. It can be accessed from a Matter only (applies to classified documents). The default setting is 30 days but can be set to a value between 1 and 30 days. You can access the setting from the Account Management view -> Preferences. Multi-document download: Documents show as successfully downloaded, but only one is visible in the download location
Behaviour : When multiple documents are downloaded, the documents show as successfully downloaded by xchangedocs, but you can only find one in the download location.
Possible reason : Your browser's privacy and security settings may be preventing multiple documents from being downloaded and written to the download location. xchangedocs will request and download all selected documents from the cloud. Once downloaded by xchangedocs, you are notified that the documents were downloaded successfully. At this point, xchangedocs needs to hand the documents over to your browser to write the documents to the download location specified. If your browser setting blocks multiple document downloads, only the first document will complete the entire download process. The rest of the documents are blocked and discarded by your browser.
