Navigation
The application consists of 3 key views accessible from the top Navigation bar:
- Recent documents
- Matters
- Account management
Recent Documents View
Recent Documents is the default landing view when you sign in. New documents shared by your organization (outgoing) or shared with your organization (incoming) you are authorized to access are listed here. Documents remain in the Recent Documents view for a maximum of 30 days. They are accessible from the Matters view only.
Matters View
The Matters view lists all matters you are authorized to access. New matters can be created, and documents can be viewed by matter from the Matters view.
Account Management View
The Account Management view will differ depending on your role. Users can manage their profiles and preferences. Users with admin rights will also be able to manage organization details and members from this view.
Other views:
The Incomplete Uploads indicator count shows in the main navigation when there is at least one partially uploaded document. Select the indicator to access the Incomplete Uploads view.
The Unclassified Documents view is accessible from the Matters view (Matters List panel). The Unclassified Documents view shows a list of all documents received that are not associated/linked to a matter at your organization.
